MCPHERSON COUNTY— A McPherson man died in a motorcycle accident with a semi Wednesday afternoon.
According to McPherson County Sheriff Jerry Montagne, deputies were called just after 2 p.m. to 14th and Comanche, east of Inman.
A motorcycle driven by 37-year-old Michael L. Heitkotter was southbound on 14th, when he struck a westbound semi that failed to yield at a stop sign on Comanche.
Heitkotter was pronounced dead at the scene.
