HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Kansas State Fair drew 330,924 visitors during its 10-day run this year, an increase of 30,140 over 2025, General Manager Bryan Schulz announced Friday.

The turnout rose about 10% despite hot temperatures. Last year, heavy rain and muddy conditions affected parking and attendance. The 2025 fair drew 300,784 people. 

This year’s total also exceeded the 2023 figure of 330,044, making it the largest reported turnout since the fair resumed after its 2020 cancellation.

The 2027 edition of the Kansas State Fair is scheduled for Sept. 10-19.
