Nina Jean James, 77, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 7:40 a.m. She was born in Wichita, Kansas to parents Vernon and Ellen (Priddle) Sullivan. She was raised in the Valley Center area where she attended school, graduated and attended Wichita State. She was a lifelong resident of Branson, Missouri, worked as a LPN for the Hunkler Eye Clinic for cornea transplantation. She enjoyed watching movies such as James Bond and old Black and White Westerns.
She is preceded in death by her grandson Levi Pierce, parents Vernon & Ellen Sullivan, brother, Jerry Sullivan, grandparents: The Priddles and The Sullivans and her aunt Eva.
Nina is survived by her uncle Harland Priddle of Oklahoma, children and their spouses: Eric & Denise Townsley of Colorado Springs, Shawn Townsley of Kansas, grandchildren: Andrew & Austin Townsley of Colorado Springs, great grandchildren: Elizabeth Townsley of Colorado Springs, Tristin and Tinley Townsley of Kansas City, Kansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated in her memory to The Diabetes Foundation. There will be private family services.
