A Texas District Court has returned a decision that gives rights back to property owners and stops radical environmental government.
The court ruling will remove the Lesser Prairie Chicken from the list of the endangered species act. This issue has been going on for many years, and has prevented farmers from working their land, energy producers from extracting oil on their property, and has even prevented civil projects from moving forward.
Senators Moran and Marshall, and Congressman Mann have been heavily involved in the fight to delist the bird.
