Sheriff: Kansas man accused of selling methamphetamine

JACKSON COUNTY, Kan.—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.

Just before 2:30a.m. April 11, a Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2022 Honda Accord near 182nd and U.S. Highway 75 for a traffic infraction, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

During the course of the traffic stop the deputy developed probable cause that led to the search of the vehicle where 29.3 grams of methamphetamine was seized.

Mark Edward Grace, 41, of Topeka, was arrested on requested charges of distribution of methamphetamine greater than 3.5 grams, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia. Grace is being held in the Jackson County Jail.
