MCPHERSON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 11 a.m. Monday in McPherson County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Hyundai Elantra driven by Jonathan Shue, 42, Salina, was southbound on Interstate 135 approximately one mile south of Pawnee Road.
The car traveled through the median, across the northbound lanes and came to rest in the ditch.
EMS transported Shue to the McPherson Center for Health. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
