HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Central Kansas Veteran Community Partnership is currently holding a drive to collect items to benefit area veterans. From now through July 19, donations will be collected for various items.
Items include socks, rain ponchos, underwear, snacks, lotion and sunscreen and insect repellant.
Items can be dropped off at Kindred Hospice, Hospice and Homecare of Reno County, the American Legion and the VFW.
All items donated will go to help homeless veterans in Hutchinson and the surrounding area.
