HUTCHINSON, Kan.— Beginning Tuesday, May 21st, 2024, the Carey Park dump site will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The site will operate Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the exception of Monday, May 27, Memorial Day, when the site will be closed.
Please note: Residents are responsible for disposing of their own limbs.
To accommodate everyone during this time, The City will not be enforcing debris pick up over the next two weeks.
The Carey Park site is available to City of Hutchinson residents only.
Contractors need to dispose of their debris at the landfill as usual.
At this time, the Carey Park site is only taking tree limbs. Other household waste, mulch, wood chips, and other bulky items are not permitted.
