HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Wiley Elementary School students held their grand opening and ribbon cutting of the student-led Mini Sweet Treat snack shop on Monday.
The snack shop is sponsored by Heartland Credit Union and will be run by leadership students at the school.
The business, which was put together and marketed by students, is a product of Wiley’s Redesign initiatives in the area of leadership.
Family and community members joined in celebrating the grand opening and ribbon cutting along with the student body.
