HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A Hutchinson man who fled from law enforcement earlier this month is back in custody.
Authorities located and arrested Justin Walker on Monday. Walker faces possible charges of flee and elude, contempt, drug distribution and possession and interference with law enforcement.
Authorities tried to detain Walker on a warrant when he got into a vehicle and fled the scene. The chase ended when Walker crashed his car in the Hyde Park area and fled on foot. Authorities combed the area in an attempt to locate him, but weren't able to do so until Monday.
Walker is currently being held in the Reno County Correctional Facility on a bond of $130,000.
