HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Construction will begin in the downtown area in the city of Hutchinson beginning on Wednesday, May 17th.
This phase of the project will be the scrub seal which will entail laying down oil and covering it with aggregate.
Please see the schedule on the map for locations of closures. All businesses affected will receive a handout with more details.
