Two area officers graduate from KLETC

YODER, Kan. —Two area police officers graduated on Friday from the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center (KLETC) at a ceremony held in KLETC’s Integrity Auditorium. 

McPherson Police Officer Charlie McFall and William Dunn of the Rice County Sheriff's Department were in the class of 22 officers to complete their training.

Deputy Matthew Cook of the Morris County Sheriff’s Office was the graduating class president. The speaker for the ceremony was Jay Simecka, Sheriff for Morris County. Troy Livingston, KLETC Senior Instructor of Police, was the Class Coordinator for the 282nd Basic Training Class.

The posting of the colors for the ceremony was conducted by the Hutchinson Police Department Honor Guard.
