HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Formal charges have been brought against a Reno County man in connection with inappropriate contact with two minors.
Daniel Mendoza is charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child under the age of 18. Mendoza was arrested last week after being questioned by law enforcement over the alleged incidents.
Mendoza is still being held on a bond of $450,000. His case now moves to the status docket where a preliminary hearing will be set at a later date.
