Police seize 700 Percocet 30 pills, guns and cash from Kan. home

SEDGWICK COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects on drug and weapons charges.

Just before 9:30 a.m. May 5, a narcotics search warrant was executed by the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team after the Narcotics Section developed information that a residence in the 1800 block of South Topeka in Wichita was involved in the distribution of Methamphetamines, according to a media release.

During the execution of the warrant, Wichita Police sized over ½ pounds of Methamphetamines, 700+ Percocet 30 pills, 3 ounces of marijuana, 2 handguns, 1 rifle, and over $2,300 in cash.

Police arrested 22-year-old Jose Aguilar on requested charges of distribution of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of paraphernalia, and one KDOC warrant.

They also arrested 33-year-old Max Carbajal on requested charges of distribution of methamphetamine, criminal possession of a firearm and possession of paraphernalia.
