
Nancy Sue Bell, 65, of McPherson, KS, passed away at 3:35 p.m., Thursday, March 30, 2023 at her home, surrounded by family and friends.
Nancy was born in McPherson, KS on December 12, 1957, a daughter of Dean Dutton and Florence I. (McCaffree) Krell.
Nancy attended Washington grade school, McPherson, Ks., Northridge grade school, Newton, Ks., Park School, McPherson, Ks., Sante Fe Jr. High School, Newton, Kansas and graduated from Newton High School, Newton, KS in 1975. She then attended Central Christian College, McPherson, KS and received her Bachelors Degree in Nursing at Tri County Nursing College, Salina, KS.
Nancy was a member of the First Christian Church in McPherson.
Through the years Nancy worked as a nurse for the Cedars, Dr. Larzlere Office, McPherson Hospital, was owner of Curves For Women and worked at Walmart Pharmacy, McPherson, KS until she retired in 2022.
Nancy enjoyed laughing, dancing, and having fun, garage selling, loved helping people, had the heart of a nurse and loved spending time with her friends and family.
Nancy Sue Krell was united in marriage to Martin Bell on July 23, 1998 in Miami, Oklahoma. The couple established their first home together in McPherson.
She is survived by her husband Martin Bell, of McPherson, Kansas; her children, Tracy Morgan and her husband Danny, of Canton, Kansas, Daniel Perkins, of McPherson, Kansas, Lyndon Bell, of McPherson, Kansas, Lucas Bell, of Yonkers, New York and LeShell Carter and her husband Ben, of Queensland, Australia; her siblings, David Krell and his wife Sherry, of Denver, Colorado, Linda Haythorne, of Brenham, Texas. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, Austin, Alex, Alexa, Emilee, Skyler, Aaliyah, Jenna, Natalee and Cora; 4 great grandchildren, Brynlee, Ava, Lyla, Xavier with a baby girl on the way.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Dean Krell and Richard Krell.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023 at 12:00 PM at First Christian Church, McPherson, KS with Pastor Lynn Scott officiating.
