MARION COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 6 p.m. Tuesday in Marion County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Cadillac Escalade driven by Carrie June Stasch, 64, Marion, was eastbound on U..S. 56 just east of Mustang, when the SUV traveled left of center and into the opposite lanes of travel. The driver over corrected. The SUV came back onto the road and crossed the center line again, left the road way to right and rolled into the south ditch coming to rest on its roof.
EMS transported Stasch to Hillsboro Community Hospital. She was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
