County Commissioners will not meet Tuesday

HUTCHINSON, Kan. —  The Reno County Board of County Commissioners will not meet on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, so the next meeting will be the organizational meeting of the newly elected five member Board of County Commissioners.

There will be three new commissioners on the board at its organizational meeting Jan. 9, the ones from the newly created districts, Mark Reese and Don Bogner, and Ron Sellers replacement in District 1, Randy Parks. Daniel Friesen and Ron Hirst remain on the commission and are in the middle of their terms.

All five commissioners set to serve in 2023 are Republicans.

Their next meeting will be on Monday, January 9, 2023 in the Reno County Annex Conference Room.
