PRATT, Kan. — The Pratt City Commission has appointed Doug Enick to fill the remainder of the term left vacant following the death of Commissioner Doug Meyer.

The commission was required under Kansas law to fill the vacancy within 10 days.

Enick brings previous experience with city government, having served on Pratt’s Planning and Zoning Committee for several years.

City officials welcomed Enick to the commission and said they look forward to his continued service to the Pratt community.
