
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A traffic stop on Saturday led to the arrest of a Hutchinson woman on suspicion of drug distribution.
Hutchinson Police took 43-year-old Michiele Baggett into custody around 2;40 p.m. for possession of meth with intent to distribute, no tax stamp, and drug possession. She was also arrested for driving while suspended. Baggett was arrested after police stopped her vehicle in the 600 block of South Plum.
A passenger in the vehicle, 35-year-old Christina Walker was issued a notice to appear for shoplifting from an area Dollar General store.
Baggett is currently free on bond.
