Police ask for help to ID car in Kan. motorcycle hit-and-run

SEDGWICK COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a hit-and-run collision and asking the public for help to locate a suspect vehicle.

Just after 9:30p.m. June 1, police responded to an injury collision in the area of South Hydraulic and East Wassall, according to a social media report.

When officers arrived, they located two motorcycle riders, a 24-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman, lying in the roadway.

Investigators learned that a tan/gold Chevrolet Impala failed to yield to the motorcycle, resulting in a collision between the motorcycle and the passenger side of the Chevrolet Impala.
