We happily welcomed a sweet baby girl on August 11, 1987 - Miss Traci Mae Slater.
She attended schools in Newton, KS.
She worked at various nursing homes, caring for the elderly - it was her passion.
She was a happy soul, greeting everone with a big smile and infectious laugh.
She lived her life in the fast lane, enjoying her friends and family on thw ay. Among these were her parents, Janet & Bob Slater, her precious son Carter, sister Nicole, Uncle Rick Stanhope, Aunt Cathy Abrahams, Aunt Carin Stanhope, Aunt Norma Slater, Grandmother Joy Slater, and Nephew Gaven Stagner. She also leaves behind her cousins, Alex Sanchez and Maggie Sanchez who adored her. Also, and especially her good friends Misty and Merissa.
Preceding her in death are her grandparents Don & Pat Stanhope, Great Grandfather William Lambert and her Uncle Randy Abrahams.
