Charles “Chuck” Wooten, 84, died Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Kansas Medical Center, Andover. He was born January 4, 1938 in Independence, the son of John W. Wooten and Virginia E. Circle Wooten.
Charles attended Hutchinson High School and graduated in 1956. He worked for Safeway Stores, Wells department store, and Katz drug store before working at Anheuser-Busch in Memphis.
Charles is preceded by his parents; a son, Allen R. Wooten; his brother, John A. Wooten; and three grandchildren.
He is survived by his sister, Lori Martin of Independence, MO; three children; C. Adam Wooten of Hutchinson; Todd Wooten of Wichita; and BeLinda Campbell of Orlando, FL; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no services held at this time.
