Thomas J. Goin (55) was born on March 17, 1970, in Kansas City, MO. He unexpectedly died on March 23, 2025, while in Wichita, KS
Thom is survived by his wife Lisa Perkins, his daughters Freya Goin and Victoria Goin (Ryan Hockenberry), his stepsons Christopher Clark (Jessica), Tyler Basso (Jennifer) . His Grandchildren Omari, Lillyann, Dahlia, Everett, Alivia, Brady, Mia, Easton, Gracie and Vivian. His adoptive mother Donna Kessler (Tom), his siblings Christy Jo Plemmons, Frank Camren (Jennifer), Christopher Goin, Rhonda Gunn and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his adoptive father Phillip “Kelley” Goin, biological parents Victoria Sweany and Tommy Rees.
Thom was a devoted husband, dad, papa and friend. He was a hard worker, great provider and would do anything for anyone, especially those he loved. Music was Thom’s favorite pastime; knew most every word of every song and he loved playing his guitar. He loved riding on his motorcycle or was just as content sitting at home spending time with his family. Playing video games on his tablet with his little buddy Derrick was very special to him too.
Thom has touched many lives in his lifetime and his memory will live on in all of us forever.
