Mitchel (Mitch) Carl Mullins died peacefully at the Hospice House of Reno County on Sunday, December 11, 2022. He was born on June 22, 1963 to Larry Mullins and Carma Gookins Hoagland. &nbsp; Mitch was preceded in death by his parents, infant sister Carly Mullins, maternal and paternal grandparents, uncle Emmett Allen and cousin Todd Allen. He is survived by aunts Judy Allen, Terry (Larry) Oden, cousins Amy (Mike) Foster, Mia (Billy) Wilson, Jennifer Allen, and Tricia (Marlin) Farr, step-mother Margaret Mullins, step-sister Julie McCoy, his dog Gizmo, extended family members, neighbors and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. &nbsp;Memorials to honor Mitch’s life can be given to the Mitchel Mullins Memorial fund in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS&nbsp; 67501.&nbsp;&nbsp;
