Joyce Unruh, 83, passed away June 22, 2023 at Bethesda Home in Goessel. She was born September 14, 1939 in Hillsboro to Albert and Irma (Richert) Duerksen.
She married Harold Unruh August 23, 1959 at Alexanderwohl Church rural Goessel. Survivors include: sons, Jeff (Barb) Unruh of Walton, Mike (Jodi) Unruh of rural Goessel; brothers, Dennis (Norma) Duerksen of Goessel, Donley (Carol) Duerksen of rural Goessel; sister, Zenora Gard of Newton; 4 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by: husband, Harold Unruh in 2021; sister, Clarene Klassen.
Celebration of Life 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Goessel Church in Goessel officiated Pastor Brad Penner. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Goessel Church in Goessel.
