
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The last big bash of the summer is almost upon us. The Reno County Sheriff’s Department says they will be out in force for the next two weeks looking for impared drivers.
From Friday, August 20th through Labor Day, September 6th, the SO will join other law enforcement agencies across the State of Kansas to crack down and remove drunk and impaired drivers from Kansas roadways during You Drink, You Drive, You Lose.
The sheriff’s department wants to remind you that It is illegal to drive anywhere in the State of Kansas while impaired, and encourages everyone to designate a sober driver if you’re going to be out celebrating.
