Elizabeth Rene Bailey, 33, of McPherson, Kansas, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Elizabeth was born in Topeka, Kansas on June 10, 1990, the daughter of Stephen and Connie (Sitts) Bailey.
Elizabeth attended Roosevelt grade school, McPherson Junior High and McPherson High School. She then attended Hutchinson Community College, where she earned her Associates Degree in Business.
Through the years she worked as a restaurant manager. Elizabeth enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by her mother, Connie Bailey (David Swick) of McPherson, Kansas; fiancé, Erik Ward of Enid, Oklahoma; step daughter, Sonya Metzger of Hutchinson, Kansas; grandmother, Elizabeth Alejos of Kansas City, Kansas; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her father, Stephen Bailey and her sister Aspen.
Memorial Service will be 10:30 am on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Glidden-Ediger-Wiggins Funeral Home in McPherson, Kansas with Pastor Nathan Markley officiating.
