Gary Gene Weible |1939-2023|

Gary Gene Weible, 84, of McPherson, KS, passed away Tuesday, April , 2023, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro, Kansas.

Gary was born in Hutchinson, KS on February 10, 1939, the son of Edward Henry and Ramona (Whealy) Weible.

Gary attended Wickersham grade School, Lincoln Grade School, Park School, McPherson Junior High. He graduated from McPherson High School, McPherson in 1957.

He was a member of First United Methodist Church in McPherson.

Gary worked in the oil fields in McPherson, Oklahoma, California, and the Gulf of Mexico for 28 years. He also worked for area farmers as a hired hand, for area construction companies and finished his career as a truck driver for McPherson Concrete Products.

Gary enjoyed sports, working with his crew and spending time with his friends.

He is survived by a daughter Amy Weible; and a cousin, Janice Oden of Sterling, Kansas.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Walter Eugene Weible.

Cremation is planned and burial of cremains will be at Prairielawn Cemetery, Wellington, KS. There will be no services.
