STONE COUNTY —A Kansas City Man drowned Tuesday at Table Rock Lake.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported 61-year-old Christopher D. Moore exited a 2022 Pontoon boat in Cow Creek Cove four miles south of Kimberling City. The boat drifted away where he was unable to grab it again. Moore began to struggle and went under water.
After a an unknown amount of time, his wife was able to pull him from the water and began life saving measures.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. Stone County Coroner transported him to Stumps Funeral Home. He was not wearing a life jacket, according to the MSHP.
