HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Several local companies were recently featured in an edition of Business Facilities magazine, featuring Reno County as one of the most diversified county economies in the United States, according to a release from the chamber.
The article cited recent growth of companies such as American Packaging, with their expansion doubling their plant footprint in South Hutchinson. The article also recognized the collaboration between Collins Bus and PrairieStar Health Center who have partnered to develop a prototype of a mobile medical unit.
According to the release, Business Facilities magazine is a premier publication for the site location industry. Funding from Greater Hutch allowed for ad placement in the publication featuring quality of life amenities for companies who choose Hutch as a location for growth.
