Hutchinson man charged in domestic case

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Formal charges have been filed against a Hutchinson man involved in a domestic disturbance.

Darryel Raglin is charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, aggravated burglary and violation of a protection order. The most serious charge carries a maximum sentence of just over 20 years.

Raglin was arrested following a domestic disturbance Feb. 9. He was originally arrested on suspicion of aggravated kidnapping, but that charge was not filed by the district attorney’s office.

Raglin is being held in the Reno County Correctional facility on a bond of $103,000.
