HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A man wanted in a homicide case out of San Antonio, Texas has been apprehended in Hutchinson.
According to Hutchinson Police, 20-year-old Aaron Trevino was arrested around 1 a.m. Monday morning after they were notified of his presence in the city Sunday evening. With the cooperation of the San Antonio Police Department, an arrest warrant was obtained and Trevino was taken into custody on a charge of capital murder. He is being held without bail.
No other details of the case in San Antonio were released at this time by the San Antonio Police Department's public information office. Trevino will have to be extradited back to Texas.
