A Wind Chill Warning remains in effect until 1 p.m. Friday.

Dangerously cold wind chills continue. Wind chills in some places are as low as 25  below zero in portions of south central and southeast Kansas.

The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 to 30 minutes.

Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
