Allison Lee Bruch, 59, died October 31, 2023, at her residence. She was born October 6, 1964, in Great Bend, KS, to Alvin Befort and Vickie (Pryor) Befort.
Allison was a graduate of Mulvane High School, Mulvane, KS. She worked as an accountant for various businesses in the area. Allison loved her dogs. She had a servant’s heart and was always willing to give of herself and her time to help others and animals. Allison especially loved taking care of and giving gifts to her family. The family tried to rein her in when it came to providing her loved ones with gifts, but their instructions usually were not followed.
On May 20, 2005, she married Brett Alan Bruch in Wichita, KS. They shared over 18 years of marriage.
Allison is survived by: her husband, Brett Bruch of Mount Hope, KS; children, Jacob Bruch of Texas and Jacqualine Bruch of Andale, KS; grandson, Connor Bruch; sister, Lisa (Scott) Stoss of Hutchinson, KS; nephew, Dalton Stoss; niece, Samantha (Dylan) Schmitt; faithful canine companions, Nikki and Roxie; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Elliott Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Great Bend City Cemetery, 4500 Broadway, Great Bend, KS. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Elliott Mortuary.
