Margorie L. (Buell) Graham 91 died May 27, 2024, at Newton Presbyterian Manor. She was born November 24, 1932, in Peabody, Kansas to Keith and Ursula (Shriver) Buell. On February 17, 1952, she married Rex Graham and he preceded her in death on November 26, 2015.
Marjorie was a member of the Trinity Heights United Methodist Church in Newton. She was a 1950 graduate of Peabody High School.
Marjorie worked as the City Clerk for Peabody for 12 ½ years and then continued her career as a bookkeeper for the Society of Decorative Toll Painters for another 11 ½ years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and serving her church. She could often be found relaxing sewing and quilting and also enjoyed cooking and gardening.
Margorie is survived by her son Neil (Karol) Graham; daughter Cheryl Wallweber; brother Keith Buell Jr.; and sisters Carmen Hall and Delores Hordeski. She is also survived by one Granddaughter Emily Sieber (Joey) and one great grandchild. Margorie is also survived by granddog Spanky Graham
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter Lori Lyn Graham, sister Carmina Yost, and son in law Chris Wallweber and granddog Chester Wallweber
A committal service is planned at a later date in the Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Peabody, Kansas
Memorials may be made to the Peabody Historical Society and left in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
