HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A Hutchison man who was just released from prison in May is in trouble with the law again.
Manuel Zapien Jr. is charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child. He is being held on a bond of $10,000.
Zapien served time in prison for a similar offense in Reno County back in 2007 and has numerous other drug related convictions and cases out of Saline and Pratt Counties.
Zapien made his first appearance Friday morning. His next court date is August 25th.
