Bradley “Brad” Easter, 62, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away on October 26, 2025, at Hospice House in Hutchinson.

He was born on October 13, 1963, in Plainville, Kansas, to Iona (Leinweber) and Dwayne “Bud” Easter. Brad spent his early years in Sylvia, Kansas, and graduated from Fairfield High School in Langdon. Shortly after graduation, he made Hutchinson his home and remained there throughout his life.

Brad worked various jobs before establishing a long-term career with Western Supply. His dedication and commitment to his work were evident throughout his many years with the company.

A passionate sports fan, Brad found great joy in following his favorite teams. He was an avid supporter of KU basketball and a loyal Jayhawk. Sundays often found him cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs or watching NASCAR. Brad also enjoyed listening to classic rock music and playing darts with friends.

Those who knew Brad will remember his kind heart, generous spirit, and willingness to help others. He offered compassion and support to both family and friends and had a great sense of humor that could bring laughter into any room.

He is survived by his mother, Iona Easter of Hutchinson, and his brother, Doug Easter, also of Hutchinson. He was preceded in death by his father, Dwayne “Bud” Easter.

A celebration of Brad’s life will be held at 3 p.m. on November 8 at the American Legion, 730 W. 4th Ave., Hutchinson. All who knew and loved Brad are invited to attend and honor his memory.

May his memory bring  comfort to  those who knew him and continue to inspire  kindness in others.
