HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Dillon Nature Center is hosting a FREE Hutch FrogWatch Training and learn how to report on the calls of local toads and frogs in the local area.
Get certified in a 4-week training provided by DNC and the Hutchinson Zoo to give you the information and skills necessary to identify frog species by their calls. You'll also learn about wetlands in the community.
In order to be certified, citizen volunteers must attend all training sessions and pass written and auditory tests. While this training is free, pre-registration is required. The class is for ages 12 and over.
