Community Health Improvement meetings begin Wednesday

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — All residents of Reno County are invited to join in on the conversation to learn and be engaged in the efforts being made to improve gaps of care and areas identified by the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).

On June 12 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Hutchinson Public Library, Benjamin Anderson, President and CEO of Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System will present on access to care.

On June 26 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Hutchinson Public Library, the Mental Health Task Force will present on mental health.

On July 10 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Wool Market, Dakotah Sanders, Author and ACT Peer Support Specialist at Horizons Mental Health Center will present on substance misuse.

On July 24 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Wool Market, David Jordan, President and CEO of United Methodist Health Ministry Fund will present on child care.  

All meetings are free to attend.
