⚾ BSB: K-State announces schedule changes for Texas series

AUSTIN, Texas – K-State and Texas officials have announced that the Big 12 series between the Wildcats and Longhorns will now be played on Friday through Sunday at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.

The series was originally scheduled to start on Thursday, April 6, and played through Saturday.

The teams will now play the series opener on Friday at 6:30 p.m., with Game 2 on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. and the series finale on Sunday at 1 p.m.

With the series shifting back one day, see below for ticket information:

  1. Thursday game tickets will be redeemable on Friday, April 7
  2. Friday game tickets will be redeemable on Saturday, April 8
  3. Saturday game tickets will be redeemable on Sunday, April 9

The three-game conference series can be seen on the Longhorn Network on ESPN + and the ESPN app with radio coverage on KMAN (93.3FM/1350AM). A free live audio is available at kstatesports.com/watch.

The Wildcats are 19-12 entering the weekend series and 5-4 in conference play.

Friday, April 7 at Texas – Austin, Texas – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, April 8 at Texas – Austin, Texas – 2:30 p.m.
Sunday, April 9 at Texas – Austin, Texas - 1 p.m.
