HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The regularly scheduled Hutchinson Land Bank meeting for Tuesday, May 7, 2024 will have a short agenda.
On the agenda is an application to purchase 712 South Maple and review and discussion of the Land Bank Strategic Plan timeline. The applicant for the South Maple property, Sasha Muniz, intends to build a small modular home on the lot and face it toward Avenue G and have its address changed to reflect that.
The Land Bank Board of Trustees meets at 2 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room at Hutchinson City Hall at 125 East Avenue B.
