HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Land Bank Board of Trustees will discuss a potential request for Housing ARPA funds at their meeting on Tuesday.

According to unapproved minutes from last month's meeting, Jim Seitnater tentatively requested $25,000 of remaining ARPA funding for Land Bank funds and he asked for the board to be thinking of ideas for ways to use those funds.

Also, a sub-committee has been formed and they have met with a company out of Omaha to discuss getting a housing study done for the city soon.

The last one completed was in 2009 and it needs to be updated.

In addition, the Land Bank did pick up one property from the Sheriff's sale in October. They paid $371 for a lot on West Sherman.

The Hutchinson Land Bank Board of Trustees meets at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hutchinson City Hall Executive Conference Room at 125 E. Avenue B.
