HAVEN, Kan. — Haven USD 312 announced a couple of honors for their staff. The district says Rachel Kelly has been nominated as the Kansas Counselor of the Year. Kelly is currently a counselor at the Haven Grade School.&nbsp;

And Kim Yutzy has been nominated as the Kansas Teacher of the Year. Yutzy teaches music, band and physical education at Yoder Charter School.&nbsp;

Both have been Impact Award Winners of the Year in the district.
