WYANDOTTE COUNTY —Law enforcement investigating a fatal shooting at a home in Kansas City, Kansas have identified the victim as 15-year-old&nbsp; Zy’are Hamilton, according to a media release.

Just after 6p.m. Friday, officers were dispatched to a shooting in the 2800 block of Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas. Upon arrival, officers located a Hamilton deceased inside the home, the victim of apparent gunshot wounds.

This incident is under investigation by the KCKPD Major Case Unit. Anyone with information on this case is urged to call the Crime Stoppers TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477). All tips remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
