June J. Campbell, 86, of Goessel, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at the Bethesda Home. She was born on June 30, 1938 in rural Tampa, Kansas, to Elvin and Elrena (Redger) Bergman.

She was a member of the Spring Valley Mennonite Church, rural Canton.

June was united in marriage to Earl R. Campbell on June 28, 1956 in rural Tampa. They shared 47 years of marriage before his passing on April 4, 2004.

She worked as a CNA and TA at Newton Medical Center. She also sold Avon for several years.

June was involved with the EHU quilting group. She enjoyed throwing Tupperware and Stanley parties. She loved traveling with Earl.

June is survived by her five children, Rhonda (Jim) Ewertz of Sterling, Rick (Connie) Campbell of Canton, Rita (John) Krehbiel of Ottawa, Roger (Marla) Campbell of Goessel, and Robyn Campbell of Wichita; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Jerry (Sally) Bergman of Belle Plaine, and Verlin (Flora) Bergman of Abilene.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Randy; grandchildren, Michelle Campbell, Jodi Campbell, Matthew Campbell and Jesse Campbell; and brothers, Alvin and Larry Bergman.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Spring Valley Mennonite Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., with family greeting friends from 7 to 8 p.m., Friday, August 16, at Miller-Ott Funeral Home, Goessel.
