HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Street Cat Society was able to hold another spay/neuter and vaccinate event Saturday.
They said that nearly 300 cats have been fixed this year, including 50 this past Saturday.
They partnered with the KSU College of Veterinary Medicine, and the Hutchinson Animal Shelter. The vets and future vets from K-State give up their weekends to serve communities in need.
"Our gratitude knows no bounds," the group said on social media. "As a non profit, we are so very blessed to have their support and help. They have made an incredible difference in our community."
