HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Kansas Department of Transportation recognized Daniel Ochs III of Hutchinson for his years of service to the state highway department. Ochs III is an Engineering Technician Specialist and has worked for the state for 20 years.

KDOT also recognized Jon Hoener of Pratt for his 10 years of service. Hoener is a Engineering Technician for the state.&nbsp;
