HAVEN, Kan. — According to the City of Haven office, water was restored as of 11:50 a.m. on Tuesday in the 100 block of South Topeka Ave. from Main Street south to 2nd street.
The City of Haven said on social media Tuesday that water had been shut off in the 100 block of South Topeka Ave. from Main Street south to 2nd Street for a water main break.
