BUHLER, Kan. — The Buhler Chamber of Commerce is holding a raffle fundraiser to benefit Carla Goertzen.
Goertzen is a fourth grade teacher at Buhler Grade School. The goal of the fundraiser is to get Goertzen a prosthetic leg. She had to have her leg amputated to treat cancer.
The prize is a backyard BBQ package with over $2000 in value.
Tickets are $20 or 6 for $100. Only 1000 tickets will be sold. The items are on display at Bartel Kitchen and Bath in Buhler. The winner will be announced July 9 at the Buhler night at the Monarchs game.
