
RILEY COUNTY– The Riley County Police Department made two arrests Tuesday during a traffic stop, followed by the execution of a search warrant at a Manhattan residence.
David Labombarbe, 39, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:32 p.m. in the 2700 block of Pembrook Place, according to a media release from the RCPD.
Labombarbe is being held on a a total bond of $300,000 on requested charges of distribution of material containing fentanyl within 1000 feet of a school, distribution or possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, distribution or possession with intent to distribute fentanyl within 1000 feet of a school, possession of cocaine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, and possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance.
Bailey Crumpton, 27, of Manhattan, was also arrested in the 2700 block of Pembrook Place on requested charges including two counts of possession, including fentanyl and cocaine, and possession of a depressant. Crumpton met the requirment of a $7,000 bond and is no longer in custody.
